KVG-20 Electric Gripper — 20mm Adjustable Stroke, 30-80N

The KVG-20 is a two-finger parallel electric gripper with fully adjustable stroke and gripping force. It offers 20 mm adjustable stroke, 30–80 N adjustable gripping force and ±0.02 mm repeatability, handling workpieces up to 0.8 kg. Both stroke and force are user-adjustable, so one gripper covers fragile items and firm parts alike. The controller is built into the body — no external cabinet, no compressed air supply required.

What is the difference between KVG-20 and KVG-20S Ultra?

The KVG-20 delivers higher force (30–80 N) with adjustable stroke in a 44 × 30 × 124.7 mm body, at 0.45 s per stroke. The KVG-20S Ultra is smaller (43 × 24 × 93.9 mm) and much faster (0.15 s) but has fixed stroke and lower force (8–20 N). Choose KVG-20 for force and stroke flexibility; choose KVG-20S Ultra for maximum speed and the smallest footprint.

Does it require compressed air?

No. It is fully electric — no compressor, filter or solenoid valve needed.

Is the controller included?

Yes, the drive controller is built into the gripper. No extra charge.

What is the IP rating?
